The tradition continues!

In 1963, Théo and Hélène Mathier, originally from Valais, realized their dream of bringing a taste of their homeland to the heart of the Laurentians. The restaurant Au Mazot Suisse was born!

Today, Franck and Marie-France carry on the tradition by importing 35- to 80-kilogram wheels of cheese from the Alpine region, sourcing large country hams and authentic charcuterie, and serving the mountain-inspired dishes that have made this legendary Val-Morin restaurant renowned.
